1. Nature of Our Services · 服务性质

Deman One provides digital, online gaming entertainment and coaching services. We do not sell or ship any physical products. Therefore, no shipping fees or delivery times for physical goods apply.

电鳗提供的是数字化线上游戏娱乐与教学服务,不销售或邮寄任何实物商品,因此不涉及实物运费或物流配送时效。

2. Service Delivery · 服务交付

  • Services are delivered online via voice/text. · 服务通过语音/文字线上交付。
  • After payment, you will be matched with a companion or coach, typically within minutes during support hours. · 付款后通常数分钟内完成匹配。
  • The session runs for the purchased duration. · 服务按所购时长进行。

3. Refund Eligibility · 退款条件

  • Full refund · 全额退款: if the service has not started and you cancel, or if we cannot match a provider. · 服务未开始而取消,或无法匹配。
  • Partial refund · 部分退款: if a session is interrupted due to a provider-side issue. · 因服务方原因中断,未使用部分退款。
  • No refund · 不予退款: for services already fully delivered as described. · 已按约定完整交付的服务。

4. How to Request a Refund · 如何申请退款

Email support@demanone.com with your order ID and reason within 7 days of the transaction. We respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.

请于交易后 7 天内将订单号与原因发至 support@demanone.com。我们将在 3–5 个工作日内回复,通过的退款原路退回。

5. Disputes · 争议处理
