These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Deman One services operated by Deman One Corp ("we", "us"). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Age Requirement · 年龄要求 (18+): You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using Deman One, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly provide services to minors.

1. Services · 服务内容

We provide online gaming companion, practice, and coaching services as described on our Services page. We do not provide account boosting, account sales, or any service that violates a game publisher's terms. · 我们提供线上游戏陪玩、陪练与教学服务，不提供代打代练、账号买卖或任何违反游戏厂商条款的服务。

2. Payment · 付款

Prices are in USD and charged at order time through our authorized payment provider. · 价格以美元计，通过授权支付服务商在下单时收取。

3. User Conduct · 用户行为

Treat companions and staff with respect. Harassment or illegal requests are prohibited. · 尊重陪玩与工作人员，禁止骚扰或非法要求。
Do not request services that violate any law or game publisher's rules. · 不得要求违法或违规服务。
Accounts violating these Terms may be suspended without refund. · 违反条款的账户可被暂停且不予退款。

4. Refunds · 退款

Refunds are handled per our Refund & Service Delivery Policy. · 退款依据《退款与服务交付政策》处理。

5. Limitation of Liability · 责任限制

Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. · 服务按“现状”提供。在法律允许范围内，我们的责任以您支付的金额为限。

6. Governing Law · 适用法律

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. · 本条款受美国怀俄明州法律管辖。
